Scouting America's mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; to help other people at all times; to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.
A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.
Scouting America (formally Boy Scouts of America) provides the nation’s foremost youth program for character development and values-based leadership training, which helps young people be “Prepared. For Life.®” Scouting America programs are divided by age and activity; Cub Scouting is for girls and boys in kindergarten through 5th grade. Pack 32 serves elementary-aged kids in Woodford and surrounding counties. We meet weekly to do fun activities that serve the Scouting America Mission.
Cubs Adventure through Six Core Values of Cub Scouting along with a whole host of other exciting topics. After completion, they earn Adventure loops/ pins & patches for their uniforms.
We have several Awards Ceremonies throughout the year to present Cubs with their achievements and recognize their hard work & FUN!!
