Committee Secretary
/ Public Relations

• Takes and distributes minutes for the Pack Committee Meetings.
• Attends monthly pack & committee meetings.
• Takes photos at Pack Meetings and events and posts to Pack Facebook page, create event displays.
• Creates and updates Scoutbook & Facebook Pack events.

Committee Treasurer

• Maintain the pack bank account and report the financial information at committee meetings.
• Deposit pack dues and collect reimbursement requests.
• Attends monthly committee and pack meetings.

Assistant Cubmaster

• Fills in for Cubmaster in their absence.
• Helps run Pack Meetings, Camp Outs.
• Attends monthly committee meetings and is encouraged to attend district roundtable meetings.

One Time Projects

• Pinewood Derby Judges & Officials.
• Pack Swag Design/Purchases (i.e. Pack T-shirts).
• Blue & Gold Banquet Party Throwers.

Roundtable Representative

• Attend monthly round tables with our District and follow up with our Pack.
• Take minutes from District meetings to report back to Pack.

Committee Chairperson

• Plan and conduct monthly committee meetings with the goal of providing support to den leaders.
• Conduct annual pack planning meetings as well as annual budget meetings.
• Appoint and support committee members.
• Finalize and communicate event details to pack members.
• Highly encouraged to attend monthly district roundtable meetings.
• Work closely with the Chartered Org rep and the Cubmaster to help maintain a great program.

Advancement Chair

• Track scouts’ advancements in ScoutBook and purchase awards.
• Organize and label all awards per scout and bring awards to the Pack Meeting.
• Work with parents to help all scouts complete their requirements to achieve their rank.
• Helps plan and conduct advancement recognition ceremonies.

Fundraiser - Popcorn Kernel

• Attends summer popcorn kernel training.
• Picks up popcorn from warehouse and stores at someone’s house.
• Plans and executes Popcorn Kickoff.
• Provides training for parents (via email or handouts).
• Schedules Booth Sales and Weekend Leaders.
• Decides Pack incentives and present to the committee for approval.
• Maintains inventory checks throughout sales.

New Member & Recruitment Coordinator

• Schedules and coordinates recruiting events with Cubmaster.
• Welcomes new families and assist current families in Pack 32.
• Prepares new parent packets and handle questions come in through email or BeAScout.org

Committee Pack Trainer

• Assures that all leaders are current on their training.
• Ensures all parents have completed YPT training.
• Work with Cubmaster to conduct Den Leader onboarding training.
• Informs committee when training opportunities are available.
• Attends monthly committee meetings.

Cubmaster

• Plan and conduct monthly pack meetings.
• Work with the pack committee on developing program ideas, selecting and recruiting adult leaders, and establishing a budget plan.
• Guide and support den leaders, and see that they receive the required training for their positions.
• Maintain good relationships with parents, guardians, and BSA troops to seek their support and include them in activities.
• Attends committee meetings.

Den Leader

• Plan and conduct meetings for a specific den/grade level (typically their own scout is in that den).
• Manage the communications (emails, texts, calls, etc) within the den parents of the scouts.
• Work with parents to help all scouts complete their requirements to achieve their rank.
• Attends monthly pack and committee meeting.
