Tiger Scouts is an exciting scouting program for first grade youth (or 7 year-olds) ready to get going! Much of Tiger Adventure revolve around play, playing fair and learning to play nicely with others. Tigers require Adult Partners at all meetings and activities. This program is intended to open up the world to inquisitive minds along with the caring guidance of adults. The first steps along the advancement are laid here and every rank advancement through the scouting program builds on the basic activities done as Tigers.
After kindergarten, our scouts start working on the Tiger rank. The Scout will need the Tiger Scout Handbook and the Cub Scout Class A Uniform.
To earn the Tiger badge of rank, scouts must complete six required adventures and choose two elective adventures. Scouting America offers detailed information about these required and elective adventures, including step-by-step instructions for completing them, on their website.
