Volunteer Registration

Thank you!

We appreciate that you're willing to help Pack 32 continue to thrive. Please complete the steps below. If you need printed copies of any documents, just ask.

Step 1: Let us know

If you haven't already spoken to the Cubmaster or Committee Chair about volunteering, please do so. Email woodford.pack32@gmail.com.

Step 2: Review and sign our Pack Volunteer Agreement

We put together a brief overview of the application process as well as an agreement with the Pack. We ask that you understand and commit to the values of Scouting.

If you have the ability to scan the signed agreement, please send it to the email address above.

Step 3: Complete Youth Protection

All BSA volunteers must complete the online Youth Protection Training (YPT). Training is available at my.scouting.org. If you are new to the BSA, you will need to first create an account.

Once you are logged in, click on the red logo for training in either English or Spanish. Send a copy of the certificate (screenshot or print to PDF) to the email address above.

Step 4: Fill out an Adult Application

Complete the BSA Adult Application.

The Pack will pay the cost of your membership for as long as you volunteer. We rely upon volunteers to purchase their own uniforms (when needed), but are willing to ensure the cost of a uniform does not deter a good leader.

Again, if you can scan the application, please send it to the email address above.
