Step-by-Step Registration

This guide walks you through each step of the enrollment process. The application may be completed using traditional, paper forms or online. If you need paper forms, please let us know.

Step 1: BSA Youth Application

Complete a BSA Youth Application for each interested child. The form is available to download in English or Spanish.

-OR-

Complete the online registration and pay enrollment fees for the remainder of the calendar year. You'll need to create an account at scouting.org.

Step 2: Annual Health and Medical Record (AHMR)

Please follow the instructions at our AHMR page.

Step 3: Family Talent Survey

The Family Talent Survey lets us know your interests, skills and resources. We're going to need your help with something, so make it something you enjoy.

Step 4: shirt size

Let us know what size shirt your Scout needs, and if anyone else in your family would like to order one.

Step 5: submit paperwork

If you have paperwork to submit, bring it, with payment, to your next, regular den meeting. Your den leader can help you find the right volunteer to collect it. We'll get it to the Blue Grass Council office, where they'll enter it into our Scoutbook management system. Expect an email inviting you to connect to our Scoutbook system.

If you don't have access to a printer, please contact us.

Next steps

Welcome to Pack 32! Have a look at our Uniform Guide. Your Scout will also need the handbook for his or her den.

If your Scout is eager to get started, begin working on his or her Bobcat Requirements.
